I am a seasoned IT leader with over 18 years of experience in delivering strategic, business-centered, and product-oriented IT solutions for diverse industries, including healthcare, Fintech and banking. I hold a master's degree in computer science and several credentials, including ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, CSM, and ACP, that demonstrate my expertise in IT leadership, strategic planning, program management, ITSM and collaboration.
