Abbie Crozier

• I am a trustworthy, friendly, honest and carefree individual.  
• I studied my HNC Early Education. 
• I have had experience from 2017-2020 working in different nurseries and primary schools such like Cherry Trees Nursery, St. Francis primary,  Blossom nursery and I worked in a crèche too. 

• I helped the children to grow and develop their imaginations by offering open-ended materials, toys and activities such like balls, dolls, arts and crafts, blocks and wooden train sets. I also would read stories and talk to the young person. We would also go out on walks to the park. 
• I encouraged the children to play, share and use gentle hands to help develop and grow friendships.
• I used my communication skills to engage in conversations with parents and other staff members to ask questions about a young individuals learning and development, their learning plan, if they had any allergies and also to speak to mum and dad to inform that about what their little one has been doing that day.

I studied my HNC Early Education in 2020. I undertook some work experience at a nursery called Blossom where I developed my communication skills, I encouraged the young children to share, take turns and be patient. I also learnt how to handle stressful situations and parents.
