IT Support Technician with a strong foundation in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Networking, developed through self-directed learning and personal technical projects. I hold CompTIA A+, Network+, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications. I am actively pursuing the Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate certification to improve my endpoint management skills.

I enjoy solving technical issues, supporting end users, and maintaining IT systems in fast-paced environments.
