An enthusiastic Data /Business Analyst- 2 in 1 package for any  Organisation. My experiences include analyzing data, gathering requirements AS-IS, and providing insight into the business TO-BE. I have applied a range of statistical techniques, including regression models, and hypothesis testing to extract business information from data, using Python and SAS. I have work experience as a Business Analyst- gathering requirements, designing use cases, and process mapping with BPMN. I have practical experience in Data analytics practices including data validation, Exploration, Analysis, and visualization, using Rstudio, Tableau, PowerBI, and  Microsoft Excel as tools.

**Junior Web Analyst:**

In my role as a Junior Web Analyst, I contributed to the setup and configuration of Google Analytics, ensuring precise data collection and tracking. Regular analysis of website performance enabled me to identify critical metrics, presenting findings to the marketing team. Collaborating with various teams, I analyzed existing business processes, pinpointed inefficiencies, and proposed solutions for enhanced operational effectiveness. I conducted interviews, workshops, and surveys, utilizing industry techniques like use cases and process flows to document findings. Additionally, I played a key role in developing business cases, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to ensure alignment with business requirements.

**Quality Control Analyst & Store Checker:**

In my capacity as a Quality Control Analyst and Store Checker, I collected and analyzed data related to new products and defects. Collaborating with the sorting crew, I identified and addressed product problems, creating daily reports to track the quality of sorted products. I conducted product analysis between Packaging and Logistics, resolving quantity differences and ensuring inventory management correctness. As the primary contact for customer transporters, I facilitated seamless communication for trade returns. My data analysis skills were instrumental in increasing product quality, resolving logistical issues, and supporting organizational decision-making. I also created reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel, providing valuable insights for production planning.

**Business Analyst:**

As a Business Analyst, I collaborated with teams to analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for operational enhancement. Utilizing industry techniques such as use cases and process flows, I documented findings through interviews, workshops, and surveys, working within an Agile project cycle. Additionally, I actively contributed to developing business cases, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and facilitating UAT sessions. Thorough project documentation, including specifications and test plans, was a key aspect of my responsibilities.
