I have over 7 years’ experience supporting change and transformation initiatives. My ‘can-do’ approach as a team player has enhanced my delivery within a customer-focused business environment promoting 'best-practice’ on time, cost and quality in accounting and finance management support for organizations in Charity, Health, Retail, Hotel and Hospitality. Being self-motivated ensures I can utilize my effective communications and people skills to support growth and performance. I am able to work within team as well stand alone with minimal supervision where wholly and exclusively necessary. I relish an opportunity to progress my career in a dynamic environment where I can effectively utilize my skills in IT (Microsoft Office etc), within and through departmental and team. I am flexible to business need been prioritized and work to deadline in line with methodology and structured layout in one hand, iteratively and agile approach on the other hand according to business requirement.
