Adam Bingham

I am an experienced film and media studies lecturer of over fifteen years standing and can teach any course/s on these subjects. Asian and French cinemas are where my specific expertise lies but, at both under and post-graduate levels, engaging with students, admin, course and curriculum review and design and teaching practice are my core transferable skills.  

I have taught at four notable universities and worked in journalism and academia for over fifteen years. I am a passionate lecturer and writer and at UG and PG levels have led and/or taught on over 30 different modules pertaining to film, media and television studie. 

I have a PhD from the University of Sheffield and am a Doctor of Philosophy, having gained my doctorate in Japanese cinema In 2010.
