About Adam Pryce:

Hi! 

I'm Adam - a Versatile and self driven Designer with natural gifts in illustration, drawing, typography and colour theory. Consistently recognized for fresh and innovative ideas with over 18 years of design experience working on greetings cards, children's books and public art commissions. Clients include Disney, Marks & Spencers, Morrisons and Paperchase. 

I am a hard working, honest and creative individual with excellent time keeping skills and I am always looking for new challenges. I am friendly, helpful and polite, have a good sense of humour. I am able to work independently in busy environments, remotely and also within a team setting. I am outgoing and tactful, and able to listen effectively when solving problems.

Experience

I have been an Illustrator/ Creative Designer for the past 18 years working for clients such as Disney, Hallmark, Marks & Spencers and Paperchase. I have Illustrated 11 children's books and 8 years of experience designing in the Greeting Cards industry creating unique designs and best selling collections. 

  • DESIGNER
    HALLMARK (2018 - 2023)
    Successfully designed greeting cards for major retailers, including Tesco, Marks & Spencer's, Paperchase, Disney, Lidl, and the Co-Op.
    Developed new card ranges, characters, trend boards, and hand lettering for Hallmark UK.
    Provided mentorship to both students and new designers. Utilized Adobe Creative Suite to modify and create intricate design files.
  • FREELANCE DESIGNER
    ADAM PRYCE ILLUSTRATOR (2012-2024)
    With 18 years of experience in the design industry, I have had the opportunity to work with several prestigious clients, including Morrison's, Portmeirion Pottery, and WH Smith. My portfolio is diverse and comprises illustrations for children's books, greeting card designs, and original artwork.
    In addition to my design work, I have organized and facilitated a range of creative workshops that cater to a broad audience, spanning all ages and skill levels. My public art and murals have been featured in hospitals, art organizations, and charitable organizations.
