Currently a final year business management (finance) student, going on to study a masters in computing to pivot my career towards software engineering. I'm looking for any office based work over the summer period to put my degree to use, from utilising my time working with softwares such as excel and SPSS, to collaborating with a group to achieve a task, I'm incredibly adaptable, and I would love for the opportunity to work with you! :)

  • Moved up to 150-200 cages of stock per shift with time constraints while delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating initiative to help customers.
• • Juice Recruitment Ltd. – Waiter (June 2024 – July 2024): Served events, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • - Aided St Johns event, catering for 100+ residents, bringing out drinks and snacks allowing for a memorable experience.
  • Catered at Apex Hotels for a Cardiology event, serving 150+ cardiologists around the UK. Served attendees, maintaining dietary restrictions, providing an enjoyable evening for the guests.
• Direct Response Ltd – Factory Worker (June 2023 – August 2023): Packaged products and supported production events, maintaining high output levels.
  • Banner: Picked over 800 items daily facilitating students across the UK to receive uniform. Contributed to workplace lunch event boosting staff morale.
  • THG Labs: Undertook operations in filling hall, filling and packaging over 500 products per hour, increasing production efficiency.
• Centre Parcs – Outdoor Activity Instructor (June 2022 – September 2022): Led and ensured safety for activities including laser tag and junior quad biking.
  • Completed up to 10 activities per day, verifying equipment was safe and clean, alongside assuring customers are satisfied.
• McDonald's – Crew Member (June 2021 – August 2021): Processed orders, resolved complaints, and maintained cleanliness, contributing to positive customer experiences.
  • Took over 800 orders per day in busy conditions, while resolving customer complaints leading to improved customer satisfaction.
