Holds Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with proven application of data-driven methodologies to deliver measurable process improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence within regulated environments.

Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, with strong experience delivering projects in structured and hybrid environments, complemented by BCS Agile Scrum certification, enabling effective collaboration across Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
