Expediting as part of the procurement process in order to secure the quality and timely delivery of materials and components that are critical to project delivery. We monitor and control the progress of manufacturing at the supplier’s facility to achieve the agreed quality and to the agreed contractual delivery date.

Offering QA (Quality Assurance) and inspection services to ensure that products, processes, and projects meet required standards and specifications throughout their lifecycle.

Offering Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditing services by overseeing and conducting audits of organizations' quality management systems, ensuring compliance with standards ISO 9001 to ensure compliance, improve processes, reduce risks, and achieve certification. Also performing supplier pre-qualification and assessing a potential supplier's ability to meet its specific requirements, and ensuring they can provide consistent quality, compliance, and performance.
