To ensure efficient and appropriate support to ILI Operations Department, including purchasing support, organization of the transport of all materials in an optimal manner, invoicing and personnel mobility documenting.

- To place purchase orders with suppliers, monitoring parts deliveries, and making entries

- Making the transportation request, organizing the shipment whilst prepares all shipping documents, following the shipments and lastly preparing a copy of the invoice to the Accounting department,
