I have over three years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in various roles that have honed my customer service skills. I’ve worked in high-paced environments where efficiency and a positive attitude are crucial. 

In my most recent position as a waitress at Chakra in Kingston Upon Thames, which I started in March 2024, I have been responsible for providing exceptional customer service. My primary duties include warmly welcoming guests, assisting with seating arrangements, and ensuring their comfort throughout their dining experience. I take accurate food and beverage orders, attentively listen to patrons, and make recommendations when requested. I have developed a thorough knowledge of the menu, which allows me to describe dishes accurately, accommodate special dietary needs, and ensure the timely delivery of orders. Additionally, I contribute to upselling and promotional efforts to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue. Prior to working at Domino’s, I served as a Front Desk Executive at The Club in Mumbai from January 2021 to May 2023. In this role, I greeted members and guests with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor as they arrived at the front desk, ensuring they felt valued and appreciated. I handled check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently, answered inquiries, and provided relevant information about the facilities and services. I managed reservations for various amenities, including dining, sports facilities, events, and accommodations, ensuring accuracy in reservation details and accommodating special requests whenever possible.
