Experience

My latest professional experience was with J.D Wetherspoon where I spent 7 years. In this time i made my way up to team leader where I would manage between 4 and 30 team members depending what the shift required. During this time I also became cellar trained, took in delivery's, closed and opened the bar and cash handled. I dealt with complaints from customers which I was able to resolve quickly and professionally.

Education

With regards to education I completed my GCSE's in 2013 where I achieved 8 A-C grades including maths, English and science.

I then attended North Durham 6th form where i achieved 3 A-C A-levels including, psychology, English language and health and social care.
