Experience
Prepare, analyse and verify routine financial documents and reports, using computerised accounting Microsoft Dynamics and spreadsheets. ● Build effective working relationships with employees and external stakeholders and suppliers. ● Check each vendor account and approval on Microsoft Dynamics . Check if there are any open and unmatched items on the accounts. ● Go through the pending purchase requisitions, send out the emails to the approvers to approve the PREQs and requisitioned to submit the invoices on Microsoft Dynamics AX. ● Post the payment for local and international payments and payment journals for suppliers. ● Investigate the invoices and payments on Microsoft Dynamics, paid and unpaid.
● Processing sale and purchase invoices using Sage Line 50, Xero and QuickBooks. ● Entering supplier payments and customer’s receipts and performing bank reconciliation. ● Preparing, reconciling and submitting VAT return to HMRC ● Processing payroll, pay slips, forms P45, P46 and submitting RTI reports to HMRC ● Monthly journals accruals, prepayments, depreciation and other control accounts ● Accounts payable and expenses processes, invoicing and payments ● Ensuring that invoices are coded to the appropriate cost centres and general ledger codes ● Setting up sales, purchase ledgers using Sage 50 and QuickBooks ● Raising credit notes & processing refunds and sales ledger & purchase ledger. ● Preparing balance sheet and financial statement report.
