I have been working more than Six year as a Scheduler Services Coordinator at DXC Technology and Computacenter UK Ltd in Head Office Hatfield Branch. And, I have got more than 15-year experience in different kinds of field such as demonstrator in Surface Microsoft, Microsoft Mobile, Nest, Sony Plat station etc. And E-commerce and different kinds of marketing and Sales, retails experience as well. Supports the development and implementation of Engineer or Technician work plans to support annual programs. In addition, this position continually manages changes in these plans to align with changing funding requirements, and to align plans to execute the highest priority work.

Administers the transmission work schedule for each transmission crew supported; this includes Developing the daily weekly Interfacing with the transmission Work Management Planners to assess scope and bundling opportunities, verifying that the required labour estimates and accounting are accurate on all scheduled tasks, coordinating scheduled activities with other organizations as needed and modifying, changing, and updating the schedule prior to execution.

Schedules work activities and resources to support work plans, engineering projects, and maintenance work to maintain high levels of equipment reliability. Identifies critical equipment for maintenance, priorities work by due dates and faults/operations records. The Transmission Work Management Scheduler works closely with the Transmission Area Coordinators and Work Management Planners to capture bundling opportunities for annual work plans requiring outages, clearances, and/or switching to ensure down time on equipment is optimised.

 Diagnosis Call/ticket and scheduling ticket to partners and make SLA accordingly P1 and NBD services.      (Priorities which is 4 hour and NBD which next day services within the SLA). And update ticket/job and chase for update and information.
