Achievements

• Within the 1st year I stepped up from a Senior Specialist covering the UK and became an Associate Manager covering 16 sites within the UK and Central Europe. This was mainly the regions in Germany, Netherlands and Swiss. 
• I have setup new security contracts to cover security manning for our sites where needed. This was temporary and full-time positions and built strong relationships with the various security vendors. 
• I have created strong training programs to build awareness and offer security safety guidelines for internal staff. This was covering topic based on RUN HIDE TELL, Security Awareness, Travel and Safety and Emergency Response. 
• Created table top exercises with senior management and Emergency Response teams based on the site Emergency Response plans.  
• Created new process for the sites for the security teams to follow, from Vendor Management to COVID related incidents.
