A professional academic with 8 years of experience in teaching and research I have gained many skills including leadership, team working, effective communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving, I'm confident that I have the right skills, experience, qualifications, and knowledge to suit the above position. I have an in-depth knowledge of business studies theory and practice in relevant disciplines such as leadership, project management, business management, marketing, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, business strategy, research methodology, international business, corporate social responsibility, etc.

Having completed my PhD, I investigated the impact of mega-project at the micro-level of communities. This is an extension of my MSc in Managing Innovation and Project dissertation where I uncover the impact of knowledge and institution on the success or failure of an international development project in Africa.  My undergraduate was in Business Administration in combination with a Foundation Degree in Business and ICT from Plymouth University.
