I successfully launched and evaluated key products like the National Bingo Game and National Live, driving increased engagement and sales. I managed the transition of 120 venues from MPLS to FTTC and led the expansion of operations into Northern Ireland, ensuring compliance with licensing and export regulations. By insourcing two call centers and establishing a Game Control hub, I streamlined operations, delivered cost savings, and improved service delivery. I regularly presented updates to the Board and key stakeholders, driving growth and innovation across the business.
