Experienced in delivering solutions in: Service & Asset, Mobile Work Orders (IOS, Windows & Android platforms), Oil & Gas Extension, Replication, Case Management, Document Management, HR, IFS Aurena, Configurations which drive day to day processes and supporting customers with Data Analysis with reports and SQL selection. Supported and delivered training in HR, SCM, CRM and Projects.

Experience

Customer experience includes successfully implementing IFS within world-leading businesses operating in the Defense & Aerospace, Security & Cyber, Transport, Energy and Engineering markets and a FTSE 100 Utilities Business. I am focused on providing a high standard of customer project delivery and continue to go above and beyond expectations set and have a drive to succeed in all I apply myself to. I have also been selected for the IFS Internal Global Upgrade Project as a Super User and Change Champion.
