• The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and performance.
• Delegating tasks to each team member and ensure they know what they need to do for each unit.
• Ensuring that the equipment has been prepared for the start of the shift and that my team have sufficient cleaning products and materials required for the shift ahead.
• experience in health and safety culture.
• Ensuring my team staff are wearing the correct PPE and using the correct chemicals and cleaning products in a safe manner as in the COSHH safety directions.
• Ensuring my staff are doing duties correctly, and walking through each unit after cleaning to inspect that the unit is up to a cleaning standard expected.
