A broad range of experience in both the Ecommerce and Retail sectors. Over 3 years of experience in Retail & Ecommerce Operations at Tracey Neuls, a footwear designer based in Marylebone/London. Within this role, I was in charge of both the physical and digital shopping experiences. Serving as the initial point of contact for in-store clientele, my duties extended to inventory management, online order processing, invoicing, product listing optimisation, and ensuring optimal website performance. This position proved to be both demanding and enriching, affirming my inclination towards more meaningful customer relationships.

I transitioned into a customer-centric role as a Senior Sales Adviser at the A.P.C Flagship store in Soho/ London. Within this position, I work with a team of 8+ individuals, collectively striving to achieve the company's shared objectives and targets. My daily responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, notably providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring the store maintain a high standard of appearance and organization.

Progressing to the role of Assistant Store Manager, I started overseeing the operations and commercial practices of the store, both front and back of house, whilst maintaining harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. My focus leaned towards achieving results, impact, value and customer satisfaction. Throughout the year, I consistently surpassed both store and individual targets, achieving a notable 10-15% increase in performance on a monthly basis.
