About Aled Hughes:
Experienced Procurement professional with over 18 years experience in both UK and International Procurement.
My main objectives have been to design and implement Procurement procedures, change fundamental ways of working, improve both procurement and suppliers overall effectiveness.
I have been responsible for managing and improving procurement staff whilst driving cost saving via negotiation and strategic working. I have experience across a range of industries and have managed various teams ranging from 80+ staff to a team of 5.
I'm fully MCIPS qualified and have also completed training in IOSH, PTS, Change Management, Advanced Negotiation, Risk Management, Train the Trainer and Concrete technical.
