Alena Sak
Administrative
About Alena Sak:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Throughout my NHS career, I have successfully developed transferable skills from helping patients with their queries to team supervision. I have a great knowledge of the procedures and booking protocols, referrals, and waiting lists, how to communicate information, create Medicine Administration Records, and train HCAs on administering medication.
My AMSPAR Medical Terminology course and ECDL Advanced Safe Handling and Administration of Medication Certificates gave me a deep, practical understanding of patient pathways. I have vast experience working with EMIS, RIO, IPM, ICM, Bluespier, and Lightbox patient systems, databases, and reports, plus leading a team of people involved in the project effectively. This proved to be an exceptional opportunity to work as part of a team and independently.
In my current position, as a Research Office Coordinator, I act as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Research and Consultants. I manage diaries, organize agendas, circulate minutes, book rooms, and arrange clinic lists and patient appointments. I have a solid comprehension of elective and non-elective patient RTT pathways, and I am capable of dealing with both patients' and consultants' queries with a meticulous eye for detail. I was involved in the training and supervising of admin assistants and temporary bank staff. I work exceptionally under pressure and know how to motivate others proficiently.
I am looking for an opportunity to advance in my career, and I’d love to meet with you and discuss my application in further depth.
