I am a dedicated and aspiring IT professional, with a BTEC level 3 in Computer Games Design and a passion for technology.  I would now like to pursue a career in the broader IT sector.  I am eager to contribute my skills and enthusiasm as an IT apprentice with a commitment to learning and growing within the industry.

Experience working in the KnowHow department at Currys PC World, helping to solve customer issues, setting up PCs and answering queries by phone or chat as part of the helpdesk service.  I had to work with colleagues from many other departments and upsell support products.
