E-Commerce Coordinator – Original Garms Ltd (OG Kicks)

Company Type: Luxury independent exclusive sneaker and streetwear retailer.

• Have full responsibility for end-to-end operations including sourcing, cleaning, photographing and editing, listing inventory, and fulfillment, for the entire ‘Pre-loved’ section within the business. 
• Work alongside multiple buyers to maintain a curated selection of ‘pre-loved’ trainers for both the website, and our London Soho store. 
• I am a fully trained professional shoe cleaner and restorer, and have trained and now manage two apprentice shoe cleaners who work within the business part time.
• Oversee online order fulfillment and warehouse management, ensuring the fulfillment and customer service teams maintain effective and consistent communication. 
• Responsible for overseeing the analysis of stock levels in all our locations, arranging internal stock transfers and liaising with courier services to ensure that said transfers are executed.

Key Achievements:

• Scaled weekly production times for the ‘Used’ sector by 180% resulting in potential £10,000 weekly revenue increase.
• Presented and executed the implementation of ‘Thank You’ cards included in all online orders, as an effort to improve overall customer experience.

Store Manager – OG Kicks

 Brighton |  December 2023 – January 2025 

Company Type: Luxury independent exclusive sneaker and streetwear retailer.

• Oversaw daily store operations, including team member briefing and task delegation, opening and closing procedures, and cash management.
• Ensured all online orders had been processed, packed and dispatched on a daily basis.
• In conjunction with the Head of Operations, ensured all customer communication was dealt with promptly and effectively.
• Held weekly management meetings with CEO and Head of Operations to assess current market conditions, set targets, and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
• Solely responsible for the processing of all ‘Pre-loved’ footwear on the website and in-store. I created this role and presented it to the CEO, using my experience as a professional shoe cleaner and restorer, as an opportunity to scale our pre-loved sector within the business by internalising every aspect from purchase to sale. 
• Founded a shoe cleaning business, alongside the CEO of OG Kicks. Operating in both London and Brighton.

• Responsible for customer service, as the first point of call for all customers that came through the door. Assisting when necessary and constantly striving to enhance the customers shopping experience. 
• Store maintenance, including ‘facing-up’ the shop floor before opening and ‘standardising’ the shop floor after closure. Maintaining the visual appeal expected by Size?.
