I am an electrical and electronic 2:1 graduate, currently employed as a bureau engineer for the last 3 years and 8 months. 

Optimised- Reactive Bureau Engineer-Current Employment (Since January 2020).

 My current responsibilities are:
• Being part of a team that is the first point of contact to the contracted retail clients to deliver high quality supports.
• Oversee correct escalation of clients concerns by utilising combined advanced TREND, Cylon, IQ Vision and Tridium control technologies.
• Remotely managing HVAC and lighting systems by servicing, testing, diagnosing and repairing systems to ensure clients buildings are being managed in a cost-effective way.
• Investigating and collecting data remotely from a variety of onsite BeMS (Building energy Management System) to produce technical energy analytics to deliver continuous and improved building services with significant business benefits.
• Actioning around the clock for the contracted clients by reacting to the BeMS alarms, work orders, telephone calls and tickets in Halo system.
• Performing planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and further reactive works when required.
 

Masters of Science (MSc) in Strategic Engineering Management - University of Derby, (2016 – 2018).

Attained this course to develop further knowledge and implementation engineering applications to achieve an eventual goal and become a qualified and proficient chartered engineer.
