Employment Paralegal with over 7 years’ experience in UK employment law, holding roles such as Paralegal, Litigation Executive, and Senior Paralegal, and managing both contentious and non-contentious matters for leading law firms and in-house teams. Experienced in drafting settlement agreements, employment contracts, ET1/ET3 forms, witness statements, and tribunal bundles. • As an Employment Litigation Assistant, I manage a varied caseload of contentious Employment Tribunal matters, supporting senior associates and partners while running my own files under supervision. 
• My work spans the full lifecycle of a claim, including drafting merits assessments, preparing ET3s and Grounds of Resistance, drafting applications, orders, and lists of issues, managing disclosure, liaising with witnesses and drafting witness statements, and preparing hearing bundles.
• I engage regularly with counsel and clients, delivering clear communication and proactive case management to achieve efficient, favourable outcomes.
