I have been working in customer service since I was 16 years old. So I have got 7 years of experience and I am always willing to learn more. I have great communication skills, and always willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy.
In all of my jobs I have had in the past, I have been known as a hard working and friendly person. Always willing to go the extra mile.
I am a massive geek/nerd, so I would do well in shops that are fandom based. I am a cosplayer and even organise ny own events, so I am a very organised and passionate worker.
Experience
I have been working in customer service jobs for 7 years, and enjoy every moment of it. As I am a people person, and love interacting with new customers and creating a work relationship with known and familar customers.
Education
I have a higher education diploma with merit for human resources management. I have a distinction in my business betec courses, and revived a C in my maths, and a B in my English.
