Allegra Allen

I am a young, energetic individual driven by targets and ambitions, organised
and enthusiastic to learn new skills. I have worked as a manager in hospitality
for a few years but I'm keen to use the adaptable skills I have learned take on a
new role
In my spare time I enjoy surfing and other fitness activities such as Pilates,
walking and yoga. I am currently studying nutrition so would love to work in an
organic or Wholefoods shop
I experimenting with different creative medias, such as paint, clay and silver,
showing my ability to commit to, and focus on projects independently. In my
spare time I create jewellery using wax and silver for my family and friends and
sell independently
I am also an avid collector of the brand “Stussy”, using the creator of the brand
as an inspiration for my own creative projects and lifesty

Kitchen manager- The Underfall yard
I currently hold the title of "kitchen manager" at the historic boat building sight
"Underfall yard" my job is to essentially over see the running of the kitchen,
which I work solo most days, but also manage the front of house when the
other manager isn't present, which has allowed me to learn to work better both
alone and within a team, as-well as improve my time management skills. Within
my time at Underfall yard I have also attended a barista course at Wogans in
order to improve my coffee machine use and better the experience of the
customer. This role is heavily admin based, including using excel spreadsheets,
PowerPoint, Microsoft word and other computer programs, as-well as for filling
orders over the phone and navigating supplier websites. Attention to detail and
organisation are key in this job to maintain a flow of coffee and food and keep
customers happy.
