Emotional Support**: I offer companionship and emotional support to patients, listening to their concerns and helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness or anxiety.
Record Keeping**: I keep accurate patient records, documenting all care provided to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Promotion of Independence**: I encourage patients to perform tasks independently wherever possible, helping them to build self-reliance and confidence.
Meal Preparation and Feeding**: I prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary, ensuring that patients receive nutritious and enjoyable food to support their health and well-being.
