I am an experienced HR and Payroll professional with over a decade of knowledge in HR payroll administration working within high-pressure businesses.   • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures to align with organisational goals and legislative compliance.
  • Lead talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and oversee the full onboarding cycle to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Direct performance management processes, including appraisals, employee development plans, and address underperformance through support systems, coaching and improvement plans.
  • Provide strategic HR support to senior leadership, advising on organisational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure resolution in compliance with labour laws and organisational policies.
  • Conduct compensation and benefits reviews, benchmarking against industry standards to maintain competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee compliance audits related to employment law, payroll, and benefits administration, mitigating risk and ensuring operational integrity.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, adopting a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Lead change management projects, including HRIS implementation and organisational restructuring, ensuring minimal disruption and high employee engagement.
  • Successfully manned up two rigs for operations in the UK, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and compliance to meet operational deadlines.
  • Manage employee benefit schemes, ensuring accurate administration and alignment with organisational policies.
