My main skills are in communication, problem solving and data analysing. Experience

I worked in the fraud sector of Santander, where I had to be vigilant in processing payments and verifying customers identity. We had a responsibility to keep the bank safe, and to keep our customers away from fraud and scams known as KYC (know your customer). This involved 'breaking the spell', where customers who were clearly being a victim of scam had to be convinced of this by the call handler. We used many different processes during this role, to be able to view transactions, complete ID&V, issue new credentials, all playing a part in the job role
