Lauren Walker

I have over 10 years experience in personal training and boxing coaching. I have over 5 years experience in management. I am passionate about sport, health and fitness, also maintaining high level of professionalism. I have many skill including boxing, football, personal training, reformer trained, 

I started personal training and boxing coaching at my local boxing club where I boxed for my country and county, I worked there for 4 years. I went on to work with the military managing and personal training in their gym as a civilian for 6 years where I gained a lot of qualifications and experience. All whilst still boxing and playing football at a very good level. I now currently manage at a luxury gym where standards are very high and that are always met.

My most recent education was reformer training I took whilst employed by my recent employer, I learned how to take reformer Pilates classes and how it work. I gained my b tec national diploma at college where I gained my sport massage level 3 and played at county level for football.
