I am able to work well under pressure independently using initiative as well as implementing any relevant training and instructions provided. I am approachable and posses a kind hearted nature with a willingness to accommodate to people's needs. I am highly resourceful and possess an optimistic mindset, learning best during demanding times. 

I have worked within the hospitality sector for a total of 5 years, currently operating full time as a representative for the Vaulkhard Leisure Group at Barluga Grey Street. My employee services entail: barista duties, running service, hosting, and cocktail making. I have also gained exposure to dealing with customer complaints and enquiries, call handling, and managing an e-site diary booking system. I have worked for Barluga for over 2 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed the professional relationships I have formed with my colleagues and clientele.

I attended Gateshead College for a BTEC Health and Social Care Diploma course and achieved distinctions all throughout. Although this was not a field of work I pursued afterwards, I believe its material on diversity and practical healthcare placements helped me gain an understanding of personalised experiences for the service user which I have been able to transfer into hospitality.
