As an accomplished strategic professional, I have led on the development and implemented a number of comprehensive marketing strategies for a variety of organisations. I have created innovative marketing and product focused strategies in line with the customer growth plans, across multiple channels with a focus on enhancing financial performance and results.

I have held various roles leading complex marketing activities and large teams that have delivered integrated campaigns across different platforms and channels. My experience within financial services has ensured that I have developed the key skills and expertise that are transferrable across different sectors. I have successfully developed Omni-Channel strategies underpinned by the customer experience and with a focus on the required target market. This has allowed me to track activities to optimise marketing investment in a cost effective and impactful manner. I have also focused on the business strategy and developing a five-year strategic plan and always ensured that the customer is at the heart of my success. 

My responsibilities included leading the marketing and product strategy for established brands as well as most recently a new start up digital bank. I have established marketing functions and created an innovative strategy that underpins the strategic priorities and objectives of the business working as a key member of an Executive team. I have utilised my regulatory knowledge and experience to operate in financial services and therefore adapt quickly to complex environments and different sectors easily. 

Having led the development of an innovative customer journey across digital channels and the banking apps covering the end-to-end experience. I have developed the five-year planning strategy for products to ensure there is a clearly defined value proposition for go-to-market strategies and road map across products. I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills where I am able to build long lasting relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
