In my MSc research, I Designed and deployed a sophisticated hybrid analytics engine to revolutionize customer behavior analysis and recommendation systems. The core innovation was the integration of K-Mode clustering and Association Rule Mining (ARM) to move beyond generic insights and uncover segment-specific, actionable patterns within categorical data. The project was executed using the benchmark MovieLens 25M dataset, simulating a real-world retail optimization challenge for a digital entertainment platform.
