Previous experience in administrative roles within the NHS in two fast-paced and demanding departments. Experienced with Microsoft Office with previous qualifications in software proficiency and advanced statistical analysis. 

NHS Acquired Brain Injury Service- Digitising physical documents, writing and sending neuropsychological reports, managing excel spreadsheets, contacting patients and organising appointments. Working alongside multidisciplinary clinicians to co-ordinate care. 

NHS Coronavirus Testing Scheme- Organising and co-ordinating appointments, contacting patients regarding test details, sending emails to other clinical staff. Sending physical letters and text messages to confidentially distribute test results. 

MSc Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology- First class degree in Neuropsychology gained in 2022 from Bournemouth University, with specialisation in advanced statistical analysis and co-ordinating multidisciplinary clinical care. 

BSc Psychology- First Class degree gained in 2021 at Bournemouth University. 

Technical Proficiency Certificate- Gained in 2016 with a distinction grade, using Microsoft Office products such as excel, word, powerpoint.
