In my current role as a Business Process Support Analyst at Lloyds Banking Group, I have successfully managed high-risk process changes while navigating complex governance and regulatory requirements. I have a solid understanding of enterprise risk principles and frameworks which I have applied in fast paced environments. I have a strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, meticulously planning to support the execution and using various strategies to monitor the progress. This is crucial in the success of any initiative I undertake and demonstrates my ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.

I excel in communication, leadership, identifying, assessing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle and ability to address challenges quickly all play an important role in my success.

I successfully build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders by understanding their needs and expectations and where their interest lies to ensure I keep them up to date at every step of the process. I have strong communication skills which is crucial when proposing changes, managing conflicts and ensuring they remain engaged.   • Analysing, understanding and communicating data to drive effective audit outcomes.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various projects.
  • Maintaining over 200 process support pages, ensuring content meets high standards and is optimised for AI integration.
    • Played a key role in creating content for the biggest knowledge transformation in Europe and the first GenAI-Powered product in any high street bank.
  • Identifying, proposing and implementing changes to enhance processes and drive business efficiency, leading the team to make decisive actions under pressure.
  • Support colleagues by offering guidance and sharing expertise, facilitating their professional development, and strengthening overall team performance.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to high-quality work.
