My background also includes bank shifts in various departments, offering additional exposure to acute care and Orthopaedics.

My most recent education includes comprehensive Leadership training, SSIS (Staff Safety and Infection Surveillance) training, and Excel training ranging from beginner to advanced levels. The Leadership training has enhanced my ability to manage teams, lead clinical initiatives, and promote best practices in patient care. The SSIS training has strengthened my skills in infection surveillance, safety protocols, and data analysis, essential for my current role in infection control.

Additionally, my Excel training has equipped me with advanced data management and analysis skills, allowing me to effectively handle and interpret clinical data to inform decision-making and quality improvement.

I am also planning to pursue a Master’s in Infection Control to further develop my expertise in this critical field and contribute to advancing infection prevention strategies in healthcare settings.
