Ananya Shah

I am an Indian but I grew up in Belgium. I have studied and been surrounded by people all over the world whether that be my friends, the community I grew up with or the people that I have worked with in the past. My international outlook and open-mindedness is what makes me different. I can also speak 7 languages, all at different proficiencies. I love to dance, read and swim. 

Previously I have interned as a marketing research intern at Binoy Mehta Advisory and later I went to be a Social Media Manager at Anrad Gallery. Additionally, I was head volunteer of a charity organization called Khilti Pari, where, as a team, we raised €3500, to help give girls in rural parts of India quality education. From all these experiences and opportunities, I have learned a lot of practical skills but the most valuable skills I have learned are the soft skills. I learned about how to effectively work in a team, communicating and collaborating with them to achieve the best results. It was highlighted to throughout my opportunities the importance of time managemnt and planning and organization. 

I am a business student, specializing in marketing at the University of Warwick. Currently I am doing my exchange year at IE University in Madrid.
