I enjoy solving big problems, getting deep into data to uncover user needs and opportunities for improving the user experience. I've delivered many impactful features and products - apps, web, TV and wearables - growing user activation and engagement. Love working with fast-moving teams - helped build a highly rated UK fitness start-up (Fiit.tv). 

My process covers everything from discovery, user research and roadmap planning to pixel perfect designs delivery working closely with engineers and QA. I'm a big fan of design systems - contributing and building from scratch. I believe in testing ideas fast to learn fast.

Experience

10 years experience in UX, user research and end-to-end Product Design, gained within agile product teams in start-up and consumer tech companies. Led research and design for a 4.9* rated UK fitness start-up, from MVP launch to growing weekly active users through iterative development. Prior to that, I built my solid foundation in customer experience, research and analytics working with high profile clients within consultancies and agencies like PwC, WPP and Accenture Interactive.

University of Arts London: 6 week Digital Illustration course (Nov 2020)
