Having managed projects in the fast-paced environment of tech start-ups, branding, marketing and digital agencies for over six years, I am always striving to go the extra mile to achieve set goals. My experience includes but is not limited to: research; planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously; business development; consulting; team-leading; content creation; social media management; community building, and more.

In 2022 I graduated with distinction in MSc Psychology from the University of West London and started working for the 3rd most-cited and 9th largest research publisher in the world.

Dissertation title: The connection between family dynamics and the process of ageing in Russian-speaking migrants: collaborative autoethnography and arts-based research
