My responsibilities include raising new invoices, credit control, managing  surveyor expenses, liaising with auditors with respect to annual cost and  sales, preparing payroll details and supporting the business in the preparation of budget and financial analysis. This entails the review of  cashflow, profit & loss analysis, VAT return, which is undertaken through using Xero. In addition, I provide the monthly Management Accounts and ensure that all other financial tasks are completed.
The Information Security Management role includes ensuring the protection  of the organization’s digital and physical assets, developing security policies and procedures, managing risk, support and maintaining a proactive security stance against potential threats. (ISO 27001)
The Fleet Management role includes manage and coordinate the vehicle fleets by overseeing all aspects of vehicles used for business purpose (Vehicle Acquisition and Disposal, Maintenance and Repairs, Compliance and Regulation, Cost Control and Optimization, Sustainability and Environmental Impact) 
 

I'm an Accounts Manager with expertise in finance, fleet management, IT security, and business operations. I'm currently work at TOPSCAN (UK) Ltd T/A Sircle and have been managing financial processes, credit control, payroll, VAT returns, and budget preparation since 2017. My responsibilities also extend to ISO 27001 information security management and fleet coordination, ensuring compliance and optimization of business vehicles.

Before this, I worked as an Accounts Manager for Costa Coffee (Whitbread Group), overseeing financial operations for 15 franchise branches, using Sage 50 Accounts and Microsoft Excel (Office 365). I also took on IT management, handling server setup, cloud backups, and domain/email services.

Earlier roles at 1st Connect Ltd & Group involved accounts and office management, billing and provisioning administration, financial tracking, cost optimization, and telecom expertise—including VoIP, SQL, broadband services, and multi-carrier support.

I began my career in Italy at Telecom Italia, where I specialized in PABX systems and market expansion for telecom solutions.

In addition to my AAT Level 3 Accounting Diploma, I hold multiple certifications in ITIL, Cyber Security, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Xero, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning.
