As a seasoned cybersecurity engineering consultant with over 25 years of experience, I have a strong background in information security and international standards. 

I hold an MBA from the University of Salzburg Business School and two degrees from Royal Holloway, University of London, including a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Information Security, where I also was a full-time academic teaching information security management as well as software security. My skills include information security management, information security management system (ISMS), and cybersecurity consulting engineering. 

I have worked as an Senior Software Development Engineer and International Standards Officer at Microsoft for a decade and half, including representing the company at various international forums such as ISO/IEC JTC 1, ITU-T, CEN/CENELEC, and ETSI. I still serve as a UK NB delegate chair of a UK Subcommittee at BSI and as an expert to ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27, contributing to the development and implementation of global cybersecurity standards and to JTC 1/SC 42 contributing to the security of AI as well as the use of AI in cybersecurity. I am ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.

I am passionate about helping organizations protect their data and systems from cyber threats, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices in the field.
