  • Kitchen cover on a long, short or ad hoc basis
  • Training of junior kitchen staff
  • Improving EHO rating
  • Improving stock control and increasing GP
  • Menu design/development/overhaul (including creation of special menus for holidays and events/daily seasonal specials)
  • Complete kitchen set up for businesses who are under new management or re-opening
  • Support with business growth and outreach
  • Support with advertising, interviewing and recruiting kitchen staff
  • Identifying suitable suppliers (I have strong relationships with local suppliers across Hampshire and Sussex)
  • Advise and training to improve cohesion between kitchen and front of house staff
