About Andrew Maddox:

I have over 20 years experience in creative and design in a wide range of applications from graphic design for print, web and interactive media, motion design (2D & 3D) for TV, Promo campaign, Events, Live Sport and Film Titles along with creating brands for digital first content and podcasts. I’m comfortable in the world of AR, VR, UX and UI, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creative design that’s aesthetically pleasing, functionally rewarding bang up to date, sometimes challenging and always commercially sound. I've managed multi-disciplinary design teams including freelancers and agencies. From brand and season launches, immersive AR and VR for Premier League stadium tours, PPV Boxing events at Wembley and UHD/HDR closers featuring US band Interpol for the Champions League Final.

My background is In-House design and creative studios for major corporates on paper but for the last ten years it’s been a world in a start-up and standalone mentality and attitude.  At BT TV (which was one of the UK’s first IPTV VOD platforms) and then BT Sport (a disruptor brand challenging Sky Sports' dominance of the live sports TV market) and most recently with Warner Bros Discovery working on what BT Sport will become - and it’s at this point I know I’m done and ready for a new challenge that’s a whole less corporate than where I’ve landed up and would not have chosen.

I was recently Creative Lead on the rebrand from BT Sport to TNT Sports which launched in July.
