Experience

  • 6+ years working directly for central government; 10+ years supplying services to the public sector, and 20+ years working in the private sector, including 5 years as director of an IT service company.
  • 20+ years in a variety of leadership roles, often working in ambiguous situations, helping to shape and gain agreement to the preferred solution and then driving delivery.
  • A wealth of experience building, leading and supporting multi-disciplinary teams from as few as 2 or 3 people to 50+, in both simple and complex organisations, using permanent, contract and 3rd party resources. 
  • Digital developments ranging from large-scale ERP implementations to custom built application design and build, onshore/off shore, in-house/3rd party, cloud-based/on prem.

A huge variety of different projects, including: application development, system integration, ERP implementation, data migration and transformation, consultancy and procurement.
