- Account Management: ensuring clients recruitment needs are meet by forecasting peak periods to ensure vacancies are filled seamlessly to fit in with peak.
- Managing all recruitment administration, such as right to work and registration documents.
- Advertising vacancies, vetting, screening candidate CV’s and arranging interviews.
- Communicating professionally with clients and candidates. Exceptional email and phone etiquette
- Payroll: Collating temp timesheets and filling out costings with high attention to detail.
Key Achievements:
In branch:
- Filling 4/5 perm vacancies in my first 4 months of joining the business. Billed £10k on perms.
- 1st trainee consultant to secure highest ever perm fee for the company (£11,500 placement fee)
- Increasing weekly desk GP from £1,100 to £4,000 at peak. Averaging £3,000 weekly GP consistently
- Building and maintaining 2 key accounts, making M4 sole recruitment supplier.
- Achieving 2 pay rises within 1st 6 months.
- Onboarding Key Client who was bringing in £1,200 GP weekly at Peak.
On Projects team:
- Billed £44,000 in perm fees alone in 6 months.
- Heading up campaign for John Lewis and successfully helped recruit 80 drivers across 5 sites (collectively).
- Personally responsible for recruiting 26 perm drivers, whilst I was managing account across two of the biggest customer delivery sites in London.
- Managing and Recruiting account, which lead to being a sole Supplier. Liaising with client other branches and drivers. Main point of contact for any escalations.
