effective finance function with reduction of main business cost, effective control of environment

• Contributed to bottom line by making significant increase to GM of business main SKUs; increase 
in range between 5% and 12% per SKU (Funkin, 2012).
• Successfully lead ERP software implementation project of value £80k – the follow up presented 
business with first time opportunity to analyse customer and product profitability and error free 
VAT inspection (Funkin,2014).
• Implemented more efficient month end close process that resulted in reduced time (down to 2 
weeks, rest of the business had close time 3 weeks) to close off the books (MSG Group, 2017
