I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. With over 15 years in education, leadership development, and learning design, I’ve supported growth across schools, organisations and corporate settings, always with a focus on meeting people where they are. As a trained transformative coach (and more recently, I have started training in breath science for high performance), I work with individuals who are navigating busy minds, complex demands, or high-stakes decisions. I support clients to transform overwhelm, stress and burnout into clarity, balance, and overall wellbeing, so they can sustain performance and lead with greater presence and confidence. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, weaving together a mixture of right-hemisphere techniques, nature-based wisdom, breathwork & nervous system attunement, and mindset alignment to cultivate sustainable flow and authentic growth. Alongside coaching, I am an experienced learning and development specialist and designer, creating impactful programmes that combine evidence-based practice with creativity to make learning meaningful and engaging. Whether through leadership programmes, team development, or individual learning journeys, I bring curiosity, fresh perspective, and a commitment to designing inclusive learning that truly makes a difference.
